What is your Fireworks display?

Post by MetalRage » Aug Thu 02, 2012 3:17 pm

I don't think we have had this poll, but I'm giving it a shot. I think I got all the shows on here.

I chose Reflections Of Earth. I think it is my favorite one because it is surrounded by the World Showcase and everything lights up around it. I always love that the "World" is envolved in the show.

I haven't seen the Christmas Wishes but I have to say the Hallowishes is my favorite. It might be because I love the music of it so much.

Isn't it called Holiday Wishes (since there is more than one holiday) :D?

Where are the Fourth of July and Holiday tags for Illuminations?
We are all a little weird
And life's a little weird,
And when we find someone whose
Weirdness is compatible with ours,
We join up with them and fall in
Mutual weirdness and call it Love.”

I think Illuminations is definately the most well-done out of all the shows..

Whoops! I forgot about those two. I guess we'll have to get somebody to add them.

I really enjoy Holiday Wishes, especially if it's been 80 degrees during the day; the illusion of snow is great along with the all the music choices.

I know there is no time limit to editing here, so you might simply have to edit the first post.

Since we're talking WDW here, my vote goes to Illuminations...however, I have not seen the holiday versions of the fireworks so I may or may not differ in opinion if we ever get to see the several holidays.

From the first time I saw Illuminations back in 1992 (when it was all classical music), I was totally enthralled. We saw Illuminations: 25 on our honeymoon and RoE ever since. The music is always fantastic and it always feels like it's bringing the world together in a peaceful place...even if it's only for 20 minutes. :)

I love Illuminations. Great music, I like the viewing areas and good fireworks too! I can even remember my first time seeing it.

Fantasmic is great. We also love illuminations especialy the pre show music. But if you are not there early enough, there isn't much seating left after being on your feet all day. Not as young as I used to be. :goofy:

When we saw Fantasmic at DHS in Jan 2010 I was completely underwhelmed. Not a thing we'll be spending any significant time with this year.
