Sounds like a pretty serious fire near the Animal Kingdom (about 1 mile away) late last night and into this morning. Here is a link...

We heard about it this morning. I saw a picture, but I'm not sure what site it was from. I did however, find this from the Chicago Tribune. There are pictures and video of the fire. I couldn't believe the sheer size of the blaze! Not to mention the damage!

Wow ~ that is unbelievable how completely destroyed the hotel was. I wouldn't be surprised to find out there were missing extinguishers and sprinklers that weren't working properly as the story suggested.MmeLeota wrote:We heard about it this morning.
