We use to love to eat at the Carnation Resturaunt which is now next to the Blue Ribbon bakery..
The last time we were at Disneyland it was closed & the menu looked different. Has anyone eaten there lately and what is your opnion.
Also is the old carnation plaza by the dancing gone???
Thanks-

My wife and I ate at Carnation about two months ago, and we were happily surprised. The food was very high quality for the little cafe, and tasted freshly made and had great flavor. The service was decent for Disneyland (due to it being crowded), nothing special, but no one was rude. The seating area was fun, as you can people watch from your table, and there's a character entrance by the Cafe as well, so you'll most likely see at least one character walk by and interact with you. The deserts were amazing, even for Disneyland, and priced even better. Our only complaint would be the out-of-proportion wait time (one of the lonest waits we've experienced in the park), but you can somewhat circumvent the issue with priority seating. Hopefully this helps

The menu has definitely gone through changes, but the offerings are all very good. Generally, people rave about their desserts more than anything. In terms of the line, I hope you aren't going in the next couple of weeks, as all the table service restaurants are full to the brim, generally.
Otherwise, a priority seating "reservation" for January will guarantee you won't deal with lines.

I think I have a picture of the Menu somewhere on my computer. I will find it and add it to this post later. I have had everything on the newest menu at least twice. Personally I love it all, the Smoked Turkey sandwich is my favorite, followed by the Croissant Chicken Club.
edit: I just found a site that has the menu:

I will still try to find that picture though.
