does anyone know why there is a guy talking in the background of the loop ? is it made on purpose or is it bad recording ?

i bet a lot of these tracks are just someone recording straight from the speakers. they probably curse anyone that makes a peep! i heard mike scopa has made his wife sit in front of epcot speakers for up to 3 hours recording park music. crazy!

that might be possible but ut doesn't really sound like that....it's more like another kind of statics, i don't know....
