96k streams upgraded to 128k

If you haven't noticed, the 96k streams, this includes Requests and Scheduled, have been upgraded to 128 bitrate.

a few hours ago the streams seemed to hiccup a bit. Is that why?

Most likely. It took us about 5 minutes to get things working correctly.

I figured it was some kind of maintanance issue because I hadn't noticed anything after that short issue.

I remember the days we needed to have bandwidth from losts of people Relaying the stream and happy we had 25 64k streams. Wow times have changed
