Wow! That makes me want some right now!! I did check on ressies yesterday and they had a few choices available. Unfortunately I haven't had (or taken) the time to have some sort of a schedule in mind to be able to make a ressie yettheBIGyowski wrote:I ate at Via Napoli last week.
It was incredible...and easily the best overall pizza I have ever had. The crust is perfect...crispy and chewy. The fresh mozzarella was perfect and the toppings I had put the pizza over the top. The sangria was the smoothest I have ever had as well. For dessert I had the Zeppole di Catarina...and it was so good I nearly melted in my chair. I am spoiled now and any other pizza will be a distant second at best.
I highly suggest everyone give it a try...you will not be disappointed.

I don't know Amy... once the word spreads on how good this place really is, it may start to book up. I haven't heard a bad thing about it yet... or maybe just the prices, but that's Disney for ya...

We're back from the honeymoon...and I will be sure to post a trip report on it as soon as I can.
Since the ADRs haven't started yet, we were able to just walk up and get a table. We went at 4:00 in the afternoon...because we knew we wouldn't have to worry about a crowd then. I suggest all of you do the same. It's pizza...which is good any time of the day! My only warning is that it is a lot of food...so just be aware of that. The "personal" pizzas are huge and depending on the toppings it can get a little overwhelming. DW got the tiramisu and it was amazing...and I think it's the same recipe as the one at Tutto Italia.
I highly recommend this place for everyone's next trip to WDW!

I might need to break down and actually try an ADR for this one. It sounds so tastytheBIGyowski wrote:We're back from the honeymoon...and I will be sure to post a trip report on it as soon as I can.

I'll have to see how they compare to the local neopolatin style place (they were in the paper when they were certified as "authentic") next time I go.
On a semi-related side note, there is a guy who has instructions (and I think wants to sell mods) on how to make your own pizza oven out of a webber.

That might be overkill, even for me. I usually just make my crust, do a few mins on the grill to get the coal fired smoke flavor, top and finish on a stone in a white hot oven for a few more mins. Keeping it near the "Holy" time limit that true pizza is supposed to cook for.
