Something else to do at night. I have only been up the treehouse once, and did not plan on another venture, but this may change my mine. I have a 2 day solo trip in SEP, so this will be a must do.imaginationcelebration wrote: I'd be climbing the Swiss Family Treehouse, at night, by the light of the lanterns to get a nice view of Tomorrowland lit up in all it's brilliant colors.

We have actually done Splash during Wishes, and it was by mistake. The boats were delayed, but it made for a nice mishap.heaven2dc wrote:Riding down Splash Mountain at night time just as Wishes is going off! (never have ridden any rides at night other than Space Mountain).
How can you tell if it is day or night when riding Space Mtn? Not much benefit to this one. Astro Orbiter would probably be pretty neat though.

Astro Orbiter is actually kind of unique at night. I did it during dusk and it was awkward. The Tomorrowland Speedway is fun to do at night. Kind of makes the track feel a little creepy!Pluto23 wrote:We have actually done Splash during Wishes, and it was by mistake. Right now I could snap my fingers and wish that I was in our rental car arriving in WDW and passing under the arch. Oh the excitement!

Today I'm walking towards Frontierland with a turkey leg in hand!
- Big Thunder Mountain - I think this one is funner at night! It's also nice during the fireworks, though not quite as nice as Splash for that.
- Haunted Mansion - It just seems creepier at night!
- Teacups - Really cool to see all of the night lights blurring around you.
- Dumbo/Carpets/AstroOrbiter/etc. - Another way to get a good view of the park lit up.
- Test Track - The outside track is nice at night.
- Everest - Never done it personally (will do in a few days!), but I've heard it's great!
- Dinosaur - Seems like it'd be like the Haunted Mansion and seem scarier at night.
But my favorite of all ...
Tower of Terror! Bonus points if it's night and a thunderstorm! That's how it was the first time I ever rode it and it totally made the ride better!
That is the best! Other rides you've got to try at night, in addition to the ones already mentioned:heaven2dc wrote:Riding down Splash Mountain at night time just as Wishes is going off! (never have ridden any rides at night other than Space Mountain).

I would love to snap my fingers and be on them right now. My brother and I did it twice within 5 minutes last year one night since there was no wait. I will say that everything is really just a blur. I don't think that I have ever experienced something that amazing. The feeling after the second time around was definitely awkward.Mamabaminjamin wrote:Teacups at night ..... We did Mission: Space back 2 back one year (the original version) and after the second I was wishing we hadn't done that. I think I felt the affects for about 2 hours!Len90 wrote:I would love to snap my fingers and be on them right now. So being that I just had lunch, I think I'd rather snap my fingers and be sitting by Stormalong Bay right now....
