I remember hammer pants. We only had a few goth kids, we were more preppy or athletic minded with lots of school t-shirts. I definitely dressed better in high school, or at least fancier. I mostly wore dress pants and sweaters. I would die of heat if I tried to wear a sweater these days

And just so I am on topic and don't get Len's yardstick ~ a little under 3 months for me!

Thanks for the sympathy mindflipper! I'm not sure how I got talked into going back with him during the Christmas season???? I walk away from him when he starts singing at the Poly, I can't take it!

Now officially in the less than 24 hour countdown. Should be crossing into FL about this time tomorrow. Hope to be on property by about 12:30 so that we can go straight to the Trail's End for our first Disney meal. After that, checking in at the WL where I called and upgraded to Club Level without my wife knowing. We'll see how long she stays mad at me for doing that.

Now officially in the less than 24 hour countdown. Should be crossing into FL about this time tomorrow. Hope to be on property by about 12:30 so that we can go straight to the Trail's End for our first Disney meal. After that, checking in at the WL where I called and upgraded to Club Level without my wife knowing. We'll see how long she stays mad at me for doing that.

Nice! I can't imagine she will stay mad for very long ~ that sounds like it will be very nice

more on my children and my parents-- they are staying at DASMR, and have the dining plan (1 table, one qs, 1 snack) and have a thursday night at mnsshp(i cannot believe that 1-407-w-disney did not push this, with the age of my children known (10 and 13). did not offer the additional... had to get my mother to look at it. but i got them to get table at Via Napoli, one at BoG, sci-fi(of course) and tusker... they are on their own for the rest of the trip. earlier lunch times for tusker, sci, and via, and then a early evening table set at BoG. no magicbands for them though, do not know if they fall outside the test criteria or just the wrong hotel. what i hate is all the garbage extra disney sends to get everyone going at the house. of course the bag tags arrived(we were expecting them), but then to get an envelope with "YOUR STORY" and was 30 pages thick... it was a full-color park map set in miniature, with the water parks on it as well as their check-in info(conf #). try to pry that out of a 9 YO hands without him freaking out about it(we still have not told them about the trip yet) some quick words about all the disney mail we get all the time at home wanting us to come back calmed him down, but he is now suspicious...
