I think I can get us started down the right path. It looks like something from the Tower of Terror, but I can't place where.

Hmm. The tiles looked familiar to me, at least, but this one doesn't ring bells at all. It sort of looks like the RKO tower from the start of the Rocky Horror Picture Show to me.

yodiwan1 is correct! It is the billboard sign for Fantasmic!, located outside the pathway entrance to the theater as you walk towards Tower of Terror.
