And the Flyers play Montreal next! I believe Game 1 is tomorrow? I'm not sure who is going to come out of that one? The Flyers had an amazing come back in their last series.
Thanks for the update Boilerbabe we don't get your hockey over here and Joe90 likes to know what's happening with the Flyers.

Game 2 for the Flyers tonight too! Game 1, 6-0 Flyers - they are on FIRE!!! Although I expect the Habs to come out fighting tonight, I seem to remember the Penguins putting up 6 goals in their first game against Montreal and we know how that turned out.

Phillies are home tonight too - both games (Flyers & Phil's) start at 7pm in good old South Philly, gonna be a fun night!

LET's GO FLY-ERS!!!

There you are... I was hoping you didn't get too caught up in celebrating after the last round! Nice win by your boys. I hope they keep it up.

Yeah, I haven't been able to check in for a little over a week or so. Wish I had the same reason as you with being down in WDW but just typical life stuff (working 12+hours and kids) and then fitting in all the Flyers excitement! We don't know what to do with ourselves now, we're not usually on the good side of making history around here! We'll sure take it while it lasts though...

Good news I saved a dollar by not playing the lottery :D

As for the Flyers, they have really been on fire. I honestly expected and hoped that they went no where after getting in on the shoot out win in the last regular season game versus my beloved Rangers. However, since that they have been amazing and really look impressive. Sorry Boilerbabe but I did prefer San Jose over Chicago. However, I really don't care much since it will not make a difference to me.

99soulz - Your boys continue to look good. I think this is the matchup they needed. This is a team I think they can out-physical. The Caps and Pens are more finesse types and did not matchup well against those pesky Habs. Just don't let them hang around!

LOL I'm really impartial and don't care who wins. I just thought that on paper San Jose was the better team. But if you and Boilerdude want the Hawks, then I'll pull for them. I just need the western conference to win the cup this year. There is too good a chance that the Flyers will win it. I really will not be able to take the mental abuse from both the Devils fans and Flyers fans that they have won the cup more recently than the Rangers.

I like how 99soulz is avoiding this topic so he doesn't jinx his Flyers.

We all are superstitious when it comes to rooting on our teams in the playoffs. I
