The only thing I could think of is maybe crowd levels. I think July is busier than Aug.

This will certainly help with lines! Folks that use the parade time to get in a few quick rides that otherwise they may have missed will be able to do so twice now! This is good

I believe you would b correct ... at least when I've been there, every yearmindflipper wrote:I thought they referred to it as the "afternoon" parade and not the 3 o'clock parade? (just in case it gets delayed because of weather)...
