Not to mention a tourniquet, sterile bandages, several gallons of Bactine....Amy wrote:Make sure you have the video camera ready when you bring that little fella home to meet your kittiesMousekedude wrote:That's it... I gotta get me a penguin...
...and a refrigeration unit. It's gonna get a little warm there in Houston for a penguin as a pet.Mousekedude wrote:Not to mention a tourniquet, sterile bandages, several gallons of Bactine....Amy wrote:Make sure you have the video camera ready when you bring that little fella home to meet your kittiesMousekedude wrote:That's it... It can be a little fishy smelling when they give you a bucket of fish to feed them. Once the penguins see you with that bucket, they are NOT shy at all! You become they're best friend in the world!boilerbabe wrote:Hey Amy, I know the Shedd in Chicago does penguin meets!! I'm sure you could find info. about it online!
Once we were inside the penguin habitat it did smell fishy, but Kobe alone did not.
Sounds like Cast Connection behind the MK. Do you remember if that was it or not?boilerbabe wrote:I bought a few items at the CM store, an ornament that would normally have cost me $20, got it for $4! A shirt for B-dude, $30 for $8, a sweatshirt for my dad, $30 for $8! I didn't find anything for myself, the problem is you have to try and find your size. It's hit or miss according my friend. It was still fun!!!
I might have to look into that ~ thanks b-babe! I would want to hug the little critter! They are so cute!boilerbabe wrote:Hey Amy, I know the Shedd in Chicago does penguin meets!! I'm sure you could find info. about it online!

I don't remember the name, it reminded of being like a trailer though, does that sound familiar?!MadEye wrote:Sounds like Cast Connection behind the MK. Still kinda sounds like Cast Connection. Do you remember the if you had to park to get there and if so was it surrounded by chain link fence?boilerbabe wrote:I don't remember the name, it reminded of being like a trailer though, does that sound familiar?!
