If I remember correctly, the parade was billed as that during the 90's. :D

Amazingly enough, of all the times I've been to MK, I've never seen Spectromagic!! We're planning a trip next year and I thought I'd finally get to see it. Oh well...just means we'll have to keep going until we see it! :goofy_bounce:

I can't believe they'd let it sit for 2 years without doing anything to it...or letting it be performed somewhere.
I have no idea of this is true, but a friend of mine who used to work for Creative told me that the reason Spectro is always rumored to be on the move but never goes anywhere is because the floats are so big the only park it fits in is the MK. So supposedly they can't send it to Tokyo or Hong Kong or whatnot because the streets are too narrow. As much as I would hate to see it shipped off it would be better than putting it in storage or dismantling it like they did the original DL parade. :(

The Spectromagic parade floats are pretty big! I really like the music for Spectro and hope they bring it out sometime in the future. Oh heck, I've got a big driveway, they could park a few here! I'll go out each night and fire 'em up, drive 'em down the road and back. My neighbors would love me

If you ever seen some of the electrical parade floats for TDL, you know then that Spectro floats are not too big for TDL. The parade route for TDL never goes Main Street (which is an enclosed area at TDL). The only float that really could cause problems is the Chernabog float due to the opening/closing of the wings. But even at WDW there are some narrow points where the float does open/close (such as going over the bridge from the castle to Liberty Square). I don't think Spectro would have any problem at TDL - but why would they even want it? They got TDLEP Dreamlights, a much newer electrical parade updated for more recent films such as Beauty & the Beast, Finding Nemo, Monsters, Inc. and Toy Story. TDL taking Spectro would be a hugh step back for that park.
