EPCOT 25th Anniversary Walk Thru Exhibit

We were just there last week and we were in Club Cool and the general vicinity for a while and didn't see any kind of exhibit. I'm assuming it's closed but then again, I didn't know about it in the first place, so I could be wrong.

I stumbled upon it when I was there last month. Fun displays, but I think they could've done a lot more. It seemed kinda scaled down - like someone said "You have this much space and $xxx and whatever you can find in storage - make the most of it!"

Apparently it is closed, here are some pics of the space now. All the displays are gone, just some wall displays are left.

That's too bad that they closed it. But I guess that all good things must come to an end.

Let's hope that maybe in three years they will reuse the space for EPCOT's 30th anniversary. By then, they can have some items from the Wonders of Life Pavilion.

I understand that the Disney parks are not museums, but it is still really cool to walk through and reminisce about the "old days." I see nothing wrong with a permanent walk-through celebrating the history of the parks. Why not designate a space in each park for this. At EPCOT, they could use the Mission:Space building. It should be just about large enough to house exhibits from the old attractions.

What about Wonders of Life? Is it being used for anything? I could see a nostalgic place being similar to a "Mainstreet USA" for Epcot. Kind of like celebrating the past while exploring the future.
