My family never got to see these which is really too bad, but they still enjoy the music. My 8 year old will sit and listen and start doing the Veggie, Fruit Fruit, Veggie, Veggie, Fruit Fruit lines. Although they have no visual on it they love the song. I did recently watch one on you tube that was decent and they got to see that. I was lucky enough to see it many times. FR is good, but I really missed KK.

Kitchen Kabaret was great and Food Rocks was good too. Soaring is good too, but I miss the old time rides. They were never really crowded. Soaring has now made the land too crowded

I loved that show as well. It was the best thing about The Land back in the day.
If you search for it on YouTube, there are a couple good quality recordings of the old attraction on there.

I didnt realised food rocks had gone until I went in July. Last time went to Florida was 5 years ago and it was there then, this year when went was very upset to see it was gone. It was brilliant.

I loved that attraction. We were in WDW this past April, and I was explaining it to my kids...they never had the chance to see it. They thought I was a little crazy. But I have fun memories of the songs...sitting in the theater and singing along.

I never saw KK but LOVED FR. Though I am somewhat glad Soarin' was the replacement for FR, I do miss that show. My favorite part was the "Peach" Boys. Lol.

And the "Bohemian Rhapsody" cover.

I never did see Food Rocks... But I do miss Kitchen Kabaret. I just checked the CD set that I have from the Happiest Celebration on Earth and there is a medley from Kitchen Kabaret on it, so I can listen to some of it whenever I want.

I saw both KK and FR and while KK is more classic I always enjoyed the covers in FR better. I liked the characters in KK better though i.e. Broccoli and Ham & Egg. He won't forget the lickin' he got from that big chicken - now he buys his poultry from the store!
I also liked the "queue" area although it wasn't really a queue, just a waiting/hold area. All those blocks with food that you had to balance a diet, etc. Also, the actual wait room where you felt like you were outside waiting by a theater. Awesome

I missed both KK and FR, even though I visited EPCOT 4 times before they closed. Two of the times I visited with my parents, and they skipped The Land entirely, 1 trip was with my grandfather in '88, and we were only there one day so we blitzed the park and skipped a lot of stuff. And when I visited in '96, I was 18 and way too cool for a show with talking food (or so I thought).
Soarin' is a superior attraction, but I wish they could have found a way to keep KK/FR.

KK was so awesome. I never forgot "Veggie Fruit Fruit." My mom and I sometimes sing that song when I remind her about it. I'm always requesting that song.
Man, next time I go to Disney World, I will fully cherish every attraction, because you never know when it will close down.

I remember Food Rocks better than Kitchen Kabaret, but I thought they were both cute shows.
