We used the dining plan in Feb of '05. 2 adults and 1 child. We couldn't eat an appitizer, an entree, and a dessert at each sitdown restaurant. Snacks were kinda hard to figure out. We ending out breaking even.
As soon as you decide when you are going, try to make your dining ressies. We had a hard time getting a seat for Le Cellier for our trip next month.

We did the dining plan just this past month. It was a real money saver, getting an appitizer, entree and dessert for each table service as well as snacks and counter service meal. We made our reservations about 110 days before we went and got times around 8-9 pm for Italy, France, O'Hana and Mexico. Some of the places were already full, so get yours before they fill up.
