I'd have to agree with that, especially when it will be sanitized for a PC Disney audience.

General situational "whimsy" is pretty universal (eg, the guys trapped on that pole by a rhino in the Jungle Cruse) if not LOL funny, but not stand up. Stand up also has low repeat value (eg, Ellen's House of Unfunny Rambling plus Dinosaurs).

Has anyone been to the previews? I heard its really bad. I had a friend wh ogot into one. It was mildly entertaining he said. He also said that when it was over, they asked the audience, and the audience was in majority for a review of Fair. (Poor, Fair, Good, Excellent). For anyone who's not been in a preivew before, this is a priviledge. They honor of coming in is enough of a prize. They actually gave fast passes away to other attractions after the show because it was so bad.

I think the expectation is too high. everyone ecpects to be railled with laughter. Big problem is the jokes have to be family jokes, and the jokes have to be clean, and understood by kids and adults alike. They need to figure a way to make it more like Turtle Talk. (a show where comedy is an afterthought)
