Well, actually I'm the mother of the Groom... and I have been told I have nothing to do but show up! Pretty cool, huh? So I will be planning my Holiday Disney World vacation instead! I understand some Sub-ers are going to WDW the first part of December, we plan on going Dec 9 - 12. Yay!

We start with a Dole Whip Salad with a light pineapple vinagerette, followed by Duck a la Dole Whip with pineapples lightly seared in a Dole Whip sauce, and for dessert...and this is gonna be a surprise...we have....

I love the whole Iron Chef thing!!! I figured there would be rum-spiking shomewhere in that meal though!
