I think Len is closest... it is the Toontown Country Fair tent, where you meet the characters in the back. Technically we were meeting Mary Poppins and a penguin.

I knew it had to be some sort of character backdrop, just didn't know exactly which one it was.

This one is probably going to be tough, but here goes... Be as specific as possible!

It always works out that the ones you think will take the longest are solved the quickest. Except for js, he seems to come up with real stumpers.
