it looks like an official-looking "badge" or "emblem" of some sort. I'd say it's in the Fire station on Main St

No one's gotten it so far, but good guesses.

Joe90, the picture was not taken in a resort. It can be found in a park.

I'll give a hint in a few hours if no one's gotten it.

It's not on the ground, and not in Dinoland.

Not saying what park it is or isn't in just yet; want to see if anyone knows it without those types of hints first.

Probably for an attraction since WDI is Walt Disney Imagineering. Maybe one of the mountains in Frontierland.

Good tries, but not in Canada and not anywhere in Frontierland (that I know of, anyway; at the least, my picture was not taken there).

I've only see that image in one place in all of WDW. I'm guessing it's elsewhere too but not visible to the naked eye. And that's not a hint, just some background information.
