Nope on the first, but yes on the second. it is a flag hanging down. But Where? and it isn't one of the ones near the photo you posted.

The area that's near the tigers?

Edited: I was thinking it's that pathway near the paintings in the tiger temple, but I remember seeing a flag like that in the Bat viewing area too. I'll go with the Bat area, since I know I saw that pattern there.

I'm assuming that's no to the tiger area. I must've been changing my post while you posted. Is it the bat viewing area like I said in my previous post?
