there are occassional meets every so often, but they're usually not on any set schedule. most of the users aren't able to get out that way every year (for some of us, it's hard enough getting there ONCE, let alone annually) as user come from around the world. only a handful are on the West coast...

Oh thank you. I really wish i could go but DL is too far for me =(. Plus im going to WDW soon so i gotta save my money for that

I would love to go especially since I've never been to Disneyland. I made a promise to myself that I will visit Disneyland before I die someday. I just can't afford it right now especially since I want to move to Orlando within' the next year, It just wouldn't be the best move financially no matter how much fun it would be.

I promise that I will be at Subsonic's 25th Anniversary...(Maybe that one will be at WDW)

I'm glad I coded in that remove feature. We're up to 11 now, I expect that to at least double by the time of the meet. Like Neptune said, more people will sign up closer to the meet.

I would like to make this an annual thing. I feel that SR listeners are composed of 80% WDW visitors. Many people have said, "I would go if it was in WDW" so maybe next year it'll be in WDW. But for now, it's in Disneyland. It'll bring people like rdeacon out who have never been to Disneyland. What is a better excuse than to see me?

First, things better than seeing you:
1. Disneyland
2. Your Son
3. Your Wife
4. Weather
5. DCA
6. Then Maybe you could be considered.

As for the annual thing, I like it. But I would like it to stay in DL and have a separate one for WDW. Or maybe have one in each but alternate which is the official one. Like this year is the DL major meet and next year is the WDW major meet, but still have a meet in DL.

But YES we should have one in WDW too. It would give me a reason to go down there.

I think it's going to be quite fun.

Why would you need that much money? Though, it is unfortunate that Disneyland costs so friggin' much now.
