I thought it was great. The music was perfect and very enjoyable and I swore I could smell some of the food they were cooking!

Just saw it. Fantastic! I really enjoyed it. Although the ending wasn't realistic, I liked it nonetheless.

My youngest daughter could not wait to see this movie. We went to see it a couple of weeks ago and were very impressed. It is one of the better movies that I have seen.

I saw on the Disney website that you can now meet the characters from the movie at MGM. My daughter will be thrilled! :D

My bolding there - your post made me giggle. As we were leaving the theater, my husband and I were discussing how long rats live, and hoping he could teach them to cook in a hurry or that restaurant is doomed to fail.

Ha ha. Very good point. But movies like this don't always make sense in the real world. Otherwise, the movie wouldn't have a happy ending.

For instance, Tarzan was on tv when I was visiting my aunt and uncle who had never seen it before. They kept explaining how the ending didn't make sense, that Tarzan should have had longer nails, that Jane would have hated having her father live with them, etc.

Just looking on IMDB at the cast. Guess who's there. Anyone? Anyone? John Ratzenberger!

We thought about seeing it at the drive in tomorrow, but it's the second movie and doesn't start until 11:30pm. Guess we'll bite the wallet and head to the stadium-seated, Dolby Digital certifide theater. Oh, well.

I agree with earlier posts that it is a very challenging topic for an animated movie.

My family loved the film. Brad & Co. did a great job.

I thought some parts were just mildly engaging, and occasionally the plot was predictable, but thought the ending was sublime.

For me, the most moving climax in a film since... ?

And here's a tip for your future screenplays: If you want great reviews, feature a critic in your film.

I am looking into the culinary arts myself, and i think that this would be a good movie to go see. Although, i like most things that have to do with cooking and food. lol

After seeing this one for the second time in cheap theatres, I'm starting to think a Ratatouille restaurant in France in Epcot would be fantastic. After all, they have two restuarants, at least one could be a great theme!
Drop another coin in slot and I will tell you more.

It's a good idea, but of course that is more of the Pixarfication on the Parks. Then there is the question of which restaurant do you eliminate Bistro de Paris or Les Chefs de France. Les Chefs is a lower priced affair but then Bistro is more in tune to what Ratatouille was trying to achieve.

they could always add yet another eatery in France. They are known for their culinary expertise, so another restaurant would represent the country a bit better...
