I totally agree. I find myself playing old Tomorrowland stuff the most.

I have a new reason.....it gets me pumped and ready to go to Disney because I leave Saturday!

I like it because it takes me back to all the trips I've taken, the memories are revived by the music and I can clearly see WDW right in front of me.

I like listening to it because I'm a loser with no life. You know that guy at the front of the shuttle to and from your hotel who answers all of the driver's Disney trivia questions? That's me.

Hey, at least I'm honest about it.

I like listening because it helps with those "Disney Fix's" where you need some Disney in your life

Funny reply. Don't be so hard on yourself, it could be worse.

I've always heard that sounds and smells are the strongest subconscious components of a person's experiences. Walking through the WDW castle, I can still remember hearing "A Dream is a Wish Your Heart Makes" and seeing the mosaic tile artwork. These images are repeated each time that I hear a specific attraction background. (I have to deal with Subsonic's track being Disneyland's castle music, but it's close enough). This is the next best thing to being there.

My dad was in the navy and was stationed in CA for a bit. We lived in Anaheim near Disneyland for about three years. We would visit every chance we could and I made friends with a lot of the cast members. I got to see a lot of the behind the scenes workings of the park and fell in love with the place.

Well, I just visited Disneyland again for the first time in 29 years and remembered what a great time I had as a child. Though things have changed, it’s still the same magic. When I listen to the music and the sounds I remember that some loves never fade with time.

Thank you for such a great site and trip down memory lane.

Great background music for working at the PC. Especially boring work!
No, no... He's got a point.

As a former Walt Disney World College Program cast member who worked at Epcot, home to some of the most amazing park audio ever, I find that listening to park audio calms me. When I listen to the music that played in my work area (Imagination, The Land, The Living Seas, and to an extent, Innoventions area), I also find myself feeling more industrious and intent on my work. This is why I often listen to Innoventions or Imag music when I take exams...

I'm also a former WDW CP and I listen to the music to take me back to some good times. Listening to the music makes me think of past trips but also gets me excited for future trips. This site is so vast that it gets the job done for me! :)

Thanks, subsonic! I don't remember how I found this site, but I told JP about it last week and I got him addicted. ;-) We're both very excitedly counting down until our Spring Break in March, for we'll be spending a week at WDW at the Pop Century resort with my sweet cast member discount. (I'm a campus rep for the Disney College Program.)
