I think kids would often press the call button to speak with an agent and then run away. I recall walking past the kiosks and there'd be an agent onscreen but nobody standing in front of it. Still a neat concept.

I don't know, maybe they waved sometimes but my guess is they would rather just log off. Also, not sure if those agents also took phone reservations - they probably did, so they were busy.

I'll second that emotion for Maelstrom. Not because of cats or that particular line. For me, "You are not the first to pass this way" will always stick in my mind.
