Very yummy. A little crispy outside and cool and creamy on the inside. I think we had mint chocolate chip with chocolate sauce.Amy wrote:Was that any good Alacrity ~ I can't wrap my head around a hot pastry wrapped around ice cream.
Baked Alaska and deep fried ice cream must make you wonder about the world then!

I would love to try it, but my list of things to try at the French bakery is a mile long already. At this rate, I guess we'll be needing a daily visit to Epcot to pick up a snack on our next trip.
Can't wait to take my twin boys on their first trip to Walt Disney World! Planning on heading there sometime Feb-May 2014!

Heard of both of those and never tried them either. So is the ice cream still intact or sort of melted into the pastry?Alacrity wrote:Very yummy. Still in tact! The heat never makes it all the way through the bread. It just sortta toasts the outside a little bit.Amy wrote: Heard of both of those and never tried them either. So is the ice cream still intact or sort of melted into the pastry?

One of my favorite meals at the parks ever. Good price, truly unique experience/atmosphere, and just delicious.grimmghosts96 wrote:Pot Roast (amazing stuff) @ 50s Prime Time Cafe

Oh, I think that's what I would order. We've never gone to 50s Prime Time Cafe, but after seeing these pictures I want to.

Those chocolate croissants are so tasty! When we had the free meal plan, I would get that as the "dessert" and wrap it up and take it for later in the day. They are surprisingly still pretty tasty even when they are squished from working their way down to the bottom of your backpack and going on a ton of attractions
Those Mickey Mouse waffles look super delicious too! Where did y'all enjoy this meal?

Re: Yummiest & Prettiest Food Pictures
The first time I heard about chocolate croissants was at WDW and I was very skeptical. On the last night of our trip a few years back, we wanted to get a snack before heading out of the MK. I had planned to get a dole whip, but they closed 10-15 minutes before park closing. I was so disappointed, but we went to the Main Street Bakery (I miss it ). I didn't see anything else I wanted and decided to take the plunge on the chocolate croissant. What a wonderful discovery out of something sad. Now I have to get one every trip and make them at home from time to time to get my fix.
