A few weeks ago I was in the Tiki room. This father had his son who cried a bunch before the show started. He held him, carried him outside and he eventually calmed down. I would say the kid was probably two or early three at best. Well he refused to sit and stood at the end of a bench the whole show, and was completely amazed by the birds...

Then came the big finale. I figured no way that kid would handle the thunderous roar of the lightning scene but he took it like it was nothing. Maybe he has grown up where there is much lightning, but the build up of that show and the thunderous roar is pretty intense.

I have also seen many people walk out of "Its Tough to be a Bug", but that I think has to do with the overwhelming intensity of the "Raid" scene (which is my favorite part). :)

Most of us survived "Hell" as a child on Mr Toad. The torture my mother put me through making me drive and screaming at me the whole way through probably softened me up though. ;)

I am sure a strange lady with a hatched wont be that bad. ;)

So help me if they do that here in Florida I'll go to Iger's office and string him up to the stretch room in The Mansion in Anaheim. :P

I'm gonna spit another rumor at you all.

Her name is Constance (the bride) and form what I get she will be standing wiht the axe in her hand saying her lines wiht hatboxes around her. In the attic are painting of her husbands, with their private items around each pic.

Now lets go back to those boxes. If the rumor is true then everytime her heart beats (or something to that effect) the heads of her former husbands will appear in the hatboxes.

Another rumor, this time on the Hitchhiking ghosts. They are altering them... not in a bad way. They are updating their AA's so they move a bit more, and when the mirror effect takes place they do more... it's supposed to be like PM with the mirror effect.

OMG! The bride is so cool. On MiceChat they have a video of the bride. One minute she's just holding her hands, and when she lifts them an axe appears. She has moved to the other side.

They now have all her wedding portraits (with her and her husband) and while I couldn't see it in the video their heads will disappear from the pictures.

We should be thanking Eddie for making a crappy movie (although it's not fair to put all the blame on him).

If he'd made a good movie, there's no way Disney would be able to resist mucking up the ride. If only Johnny Depp weren't so darn charming, maybe we'd have an intact Pirates as well...

Wow! That totally changes the story of the bride accidentally locking herself in the trunk...

Here's the link to pictures of the new attic in Disneyland. I'm not real thrilled about this because I always really thought of the mansion as a home for wayward ghosts. They were just having a big party and we were invited to join them. This is a lot more sinister. Not nearly so much fun, at least in my opinion.

I always saw the Mansion as a big party as well. Thanks for the video links. The new changes do look very creepy. The attic has always been one of my favorite scenes because of all the random items in there, and of course the bride with the beating heart at the end. I hope I like it.

The video links were great, thanks for sharing. I too always thought that the HM was a party home for ghosts. I can't see where the bride theme really fits into the story but I will have to wait until I actually ride it to tell.
