We always bought the Birnbaum guides too ~ but only when we were going. And I don't think we kept them. That is an interesting idea to look for old ones online!

That would work, if I actually knew how to use my darn coffee maker. I have tons of coffee but I just cant figure it out, LOL

I don't drink coffee so I don't know if this makes a regular cup of joe, but I just Googled "mickey mouse coffee maker" and actually found something called a Mickey Mouse French Press.

Hehe, my parents get me one Disney (usually Mickey) themed item every year for christmas. I have a toaster that makes mickey heads on the toast which is my favorite.

I was definitely a huge Disney Park Fan before the Internet but I think now it's become more of an obsession that's to all of the information you can find online. I love reading the history and seeing pictures that helps me refresh my memory from when I was younger.

I know, right? I found a website called E82 and it is all about Epcot and how it used to be and how it was supposed to be. It is a really neat site, lets me imagine how epcot would have been when I was a kid. hehe

That would be a yes. I went to Walt Disney World when it was just the Magic Kingdom in 1977, and I loved Disney when I was a little girl in the 1950s watching "Wide World of Disney" on a black and white TV... then one day it was in color! But I had to wait for my parents to afford a color TV! But yes, I'm a long-time Disney fan!

I have one of those as well my Sister-in-law bought it for us one Christmas, does yours play the Mickey Mouse March when the toast pops up as well. Quite funny story to this , when they bought it they thought they would try it just to check everything worked (they are closet Disney fans) anyway the toast popped up but no music. They said the look on the girl's face when they took it back and said it was broken because it played no music was absolutely priceless.

The answer to the question is Yes I was a huge Disney fan before the Internet, it took until I was married before I actually made it to the parks though.

Hmm.. no it never played any music. I wonder if it was supposed to and it was broken, or if it was just another version of the toaster? Now you have me curious. I am going to have to check that out.

I had one of those very briefly. And mine also played music, but it didn't toast the bread at all well, so I returned it.

There very well might have been two versions. I'm sure the musical version cost a little more. I don't suppose you still have the box?!
