Peter Pan?
Can't wait to take my twin boys on their first trip to Walt Disney World! Planning on heading there sometime Feb-May 2014!

Oh I'm an idiot. When you said "Close" earlier I thought you meant physically. But you meant it being a balloon on top of muppets. It's the balloon the mouse stands on on top of Dumbo but someone has already guessed Dumbo. I know that's it now though.
