Mine switches every 5 seconds. I have a 10 different copies of the same picture, except the background is different. Mac OS X fades in and out each of them. it looks like a screensaver. It is mucho cool.

Too bad its so hard to take a screenshot on a PC. on mac all you have to do is hold Command+Shift+3 and it saves a screenshot as a jpeg

Everyone admire my sexy mac interface.
There is a lot going on in this screenshot, so I'll explain it. First of all, the programs that I am running are iChat and Konfabulator, which is why I have widgets all over the place. I don't normally use Konfabulator, but whenever somebody wants a screenshot, I always set up the pose, so it looks really nice. I blurred out everybody's screennames for their privacy. But, a few of the people on that list are members on this forum ;)
The applications along the bottom (in the dock) are Finder (like My Computer), Safari, Firefox, iChat AV, Mac OS X Mail, iTunes, Garageband, iMovie, Quicktime, NoLimits Editor, NoLimits Roller Coaster Simulator, Dreamweaver, Adobe Photoshop CS, Adobe ImageReady CS, Audio Hijack, and System Preferences (like control panel, but easier to navigate).
And now, here is the image!

By the way, that wallpaper image is MY work, I recreated it. If anyone wants it, you can find several versions here

I've actually changed the options on mine to change every 15 minutes, as I now have about 1000 photos. Not all of Disney (some of things like thunderstorms, tornados, some of my personal pictures, etc).

Just unlock your taskbar if it is locked (right click on it and choose properties), place your pointer on it, left click and drag it up to either side, top or bottom.
