What is your favorite extinct Walt Disney World Attraction?

Telling you a good review would ruin most of the ride, which is probably why you haven't read many. I'll try my best:
It's basically Alien Encounter without the scares and the gore. They just re-programmed the characters from the original ride to match the new theme (the little alien that gets teleported and the robot controller) in the lobby, then replaced the creature with Stitch and added some new tracks and a couple of new, mildly entertaining surprises.
In all honesty, without the scares I didn't find it even remotely as good. Even my five year old thought it was pretty ho-hum, and she loves Stitch. I'd say it's good for a once through if you haven't been on it before, but you probably won't need to go on it again afterward.

Sorry, but I don't see it on there - is there a delay of sorts?js3901 wrote:Added. And, if you didn't get to vote, I extended the poll indefinately.rick2vick wrote:I can't believe that my favorite extinct attraction didn't make your list of choices. It's 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea. It was great.

Should be there now. Not sure why it didn't save when I hit submit...lovesdisney44 wrote:Sorry, but I don't see it on there - is there a delay of sorts?js3901 wrote:Added. actually, I think it was sponsered by Eastern airlines, as due to the airline going out a business, the attraction closed. And the attraction was "If you had wings"

If You Had Wings / If You Could Fly / Take Flight / Dreamflight was originally sponsored by Eastern and later by Delta, if I recall correctly.
I voted for Horizons. It was always my favourite ride. We were part of the GE Executive Club and therefore got to use the corporate lounge. I have a pretty good picture of it in my head. It had the big video screen since it had no windows to overlook the park. Clean bathrooms. Free soda and tangerine flavoured candy. I actually found that candy online somewhere but it was a mixed bag with other flavours. Anyhow. Horizons was an amazing ride.
Journey Into Imagination was another favourite. That was a truly magical ride. And the old Imageworks!
One attraction that I can say I don't miss is Alien Encounter. I went on it once and came off it sobbing and shaking. Not fun.

Oh yea, I totally forgot about the Skyway!!!! Even though I was afraid of heights, I always loved that ride. There's something about seeing Walt Disney World at night with all the lights from high above . . . sigh . . .MouseMan wrote:I voted for Mr. Toad's, but I miss the skyway also it was a great way to view the MK!

Go to http://www.MouseTimes.com and check out the video they have posted up on the site.Siriuslydead wrote:Has anyone been on Stitch's Great Escape yet? Because I miss Alien Encounters, and I haven't had a really good review of Stich's Great Escape. So is there anyone who has been on it that could tell me more about it? I know the basics, but what exactly goes on in there?
But what about Dream Flight? That was there before Buzz Lightyear took over.
