I have done a lot of reading and list compiling in preparation for our trip to the World in a few days. I have seen the HM in raiders of the Lost ark Great Movie ride, it's near the head of the snake on the stone leaning against the wall. However in all my reading on Mickey as well as other hidden characters, i heard nothing about R2D2 or C3PO.. I will definitely be hunting with camera in hand so I will scrutinize that room as best i can when going through it.

Of all places, I read about the hidden R2D2 and C3PO in an article about hidden objects (mostly Mickeys) from a Disney magazine along time ago. I am going to have to research to see if I still have that magazine or not.

quite a long time ago, they used to have a "Hidden Mickey" section in the front of the Disney Family Fun magazine. People could submit their pictures and the magazine would print the good ones. I used to love that section. I wish they hadn't done away with it. :(

Here's a UM from the Cheesecake Factory. It was etched in the glass behind our table.

I agree, I.C., that it's more of a "UM" than a "HM". The odds are that the Cheesecake Factory doesn't go around intentionally hiding "Mickey"s in their restaurants.

To me, when I see a Mickey, it's a HM to me. :D But, I understand what the definitions are.

I miss the old Disney Magazine!!!!! There were some really great articles and things sent in by readers (the HM section being one of them). We still have quite a few issues floating around somewhere and every now and then I come across one and though I've seen it a thousand times, I can't help but sit down and read through it!

Here is one from Morningsky. She went at the end of February and found a couple nice Mickeys. I'll let her do the description if she wants to:
