Our favorite is The Plaza Restaurant. Not too many people even know about it! At the end of Main Street on the right hand corner as you go towards the castle, there it is! A wonderful sit down restaurant, very old fashioned and delicious. We always make a reservation, and go almost every trip. The servers are fantastic, and if you catch it at the right time of day, the "Mayor" of Disney World comes in picks out a child and does a ceremony making them a Mayor for the Day! Its really a nice place, try it sometime!
