You need to have your husband assign it to your My Disney Experience account since you are managing all of the reservations and stuff. I'd call Disney and make sure all the magic bands from your group are linked to the memory maker.

I created accounts for all of my family and then linked them as frequent travel companions. My sister went to WDW with her bff 3 weeks before my dad and I went and her pictures showed up in my feed. Then mine and dads showed up in hers. We enjoyed stalking each other.

Good thinking. I just purchased our Memory Maker and was worried about the same thing. I think I'll ask right away when we get to our hotel to make sure all of our accounts are connected to our Memory Maker.

We will definitely be stopping WAY more for photo pass pictures now that we can download all of them. The ride pictures especially will be such a blast to have! I will probably get used to having this. :-) 32 more days!!!

When the advance purchase price was $149, I considered it one of the best valued add-ons for a Disney trip. The convenience of not having to pack and carry your own camera thru the parks, the inclusion of ride photos (which my family love), getting everyone in the shot, the professionalism of the photographers, the fun of the magic shots, the efficiency of not having to hand my phone over to a cast member for character meet-n-greets. $149 could buy all of that; I said, pay the mouse!

At $169, it's still a good value but pushing it over $150 somehow makes it less of an immediate yes (and a harder sell to clients), especially since they didn't upgrade the scrapbooking features of the app.

Dug through the zipped files and uploaded 2 videos from Dad & I's Memory Maker (January 2015).

The Seven Dwarfs' Mine Train

https://youtu.be/aQOp6-I1Ut0

I'm in the blue and white dress in the penultimate car. :)

And from Tower of Terror...

I'm in the middle in the back, waving at the camera. Dad's giving a thumb's up.

Those are fun! Do they also include the photo taken on the attraction?

Ok, that's what I thought, but you had me second guessing it after seeing the video. Definitely recommend the trip report, with lots of pictures! Just easier said than actually done

something interesting for the video will be if it is different depending on the time of day for the running coaster film section. we will be riding once around lunch time and a second time after dark. i wonder if the video footage will change.

That is an excellent question. In the name of research I shall endeavor to ride it around twilight on this next trip. :)

we have fast pass reservations for 7:25-8:25pm one day and for 12:25-1;25 pm another late October, with memory maker already bought and paid for :) . i shall sacrifice myself and ride it both times and look for differences in the videos. we weren't planning on doing it twice origionally, just couldn't decide which time we liked better. since our favourite time to do Big Thunder is after dark, we couldn't resist keeping both times. this will be our first trip since seven dwarfs opened, and i can't wait to do it!!

That is a good question ~ the video would look sort of weird if they didn't though wouldn't it? I would keep both FP as well so you know you have the opportunity to ride it at least twice while you're there! :D

Thanks for sharing those videos! That is so fun! I didn't watch Seven Dwarfs because I haven't been there since it opened and I want to be surprised. :-)

Definitely excited for both the videos and the ride pictures. Not to mention all of the character pictures with me and my little guy! 29 days!
