maybe not my favorite, but the TTA is on the list-- only because it's so much fun to "step on the moving platform".

Yes! And also the moving platform is super bouncy. The best moving platform is the one after Space Mountain where you go past all the little dioramas and then take your delayed photo, which is so strangely satisfying - that one is like a freaking trampoline

I concur. It really puts you in the mood for the ride. I don't know if the two skeletons are still playing chess in the queue but I loved that too.

They're still there, and still in their stalemate!

(And I just proved that I can use all three "their" homophones correctly. lol)
Hoping to go back to the Magic soon.

Hmm, I heard recently on a podcast that it isn't really a stalemate. At least not anymore...they cleaned the space and didn't mark where the pieces were originally, and didn't put them back in the same way?

I tried to get a picture once to see if in fact they are in stalemate, but it didnt turn out clear enough to figure it out.

Anyone know this for sure, either way?

Oh, to stay on topic - fave queue is MuppetVision!

If that's true, I'd be quite surprised. It would mean that, not only did Disney not keep a record of how it was set up, but no one at Disney has ever taken a picture of the skeletons and their game which could have been used to reconstruct it? I call BS. :)

Obviously agree with everyone who mentions PotC, ToT, Everest and Muppets3D. I also love the Jungle Cruise queue for the music loop and the Star Tours queue for all of the fantastic Star Wars'y Easter Eggs sprinkled throughout.

I'm a big fan of the Everest queue, but then again I am totally fascinated by Nepal and its culture. Also Indiana Jones Temple of the Forbidden Eye is great with all of the interactive line features, I kind of remember that being the first one where the line was just as cool as the ride. I hear the new Ariel ride and Snow White ride have really cool interactive queue elements too. Looking forward to seeing those soon!

I have a few...Everest, for the seeing all the items from Nepal and helping set the stage for the ride. Star Tours is always a favorite too with R2 and 3PO and that it makes you feel that you are at an actual spaceport.

For me, there's one in each park.

Magic Kingdom - Jungle Cruise. I love the music and the radio announcer.
EPCOT - Old test track old looking for the hidden mickeys
Studios - Tower of Terror. The music again and all the detail.
Animal Kingdom - Expedition Everest. The entire back story and yeti museum.
"Park's closed. Moose out front should have told ya."
