I'd like to hook a team of mules up to it and put wheels under it and have them pull it through the nightly parade at the Magic Kingdom.

I'd rather use the money toward a smaller used park monorail that actually works.

Seriously $189,000 (currently £112,212). That seems a bit overpriced to me.

And that also usually means they stripped out the motor and anything of value/of a proprietary nature.

Well, it has been previously owned, so it definitely has lost some of its appeal as far as I'm concerned. I'm surprised they are selling it for so much when the previous owner had purchased it for so little ~ unless that sale price was massively understated.

Have to admit, that would be awesome to own! Way out of my price range though.

None of my bids have been successful yet (HA ha ha ha...). I'm concerned, though, that the bigger cost will be the installation of pylons and the beam, much less a switching system and a roundhouse!
