No Chernabog in October Electric Parade?

Saw Electric Parade at MK and no Chernabog? Its October need to have Chernabog. Nothing more scarey then Chernabog! Especially when it shakes when the wings open like its about to fall over

I don't know if I have ever seen Chernabog in the MSEP. I know he is in the FAntasmic show over at DHS

Here is a picture when its folded up it looks looks like a volcano and smoke comes out the top. Then it opens up you see Chernabog on both sides of street meaning he has no back.

The only thing of Chernbog that still exists was at the Unleash the Villains event lasat month. It was at the pin trading station.
