I dont really sit down unless my mother needs a rest or wants a snack or something. Other than that I just walk/ dance while listening to music. :goofy_bounce:

I would say my favorite would be grabbing a dole whip and heading to Main Street to find a spot somewhere between Casey's and the Emporium to wait for the afternoon parade. What time is the 3:00 parade? :goofy: We are usually there during the summer months and if you position yourself just right, you can get some air conditioning from the stores along Main Street. The Main Street loop is some of my favorite music...sitting with my family, listening to the music, people watching and having one of our favorite snacks is about as good as it gets for me...

Near the Tower of Terror so that I can hear the music loop and inside the lobby at the Wilderness Lodge or the WL Villas. I just love the WL music loop.

That is the first thing that came to mind for me too. They play the whole music loop from the speakers in the planters and I just like the layout of that area. The monorail station outside the actual park just tells you that there is something special in store.
No one's gloomy or complaining while the flatware's entertaining.

It's not in a park, but my favorite place is the patio just outside the Belle Vue Room at Boardwalk, just after IllumiNations. The music is great, the Belle Vue makes a good Manhattan, and my wife and I (and, starting next trip, our son) like to watch families stream back from Epcot and the 'Studios.

Wow this sounds like heaven. Thanks for sharing that.
Sigh...
I wish I was there now. Only about an hour until Illuminations.

I'm listening to my 1999 "Evening at Epcot" loop in my office now...

Don't want to break into a side-conversation in a topical forum, but based on your signature it looks like you have done/are doing the Goofy Challenge this January? This will be my first - I did the marathon alone in 2013. Any advice?

Not wanting to be a butt-in-ski but there is an entire group of forums dedicated to the Subsonic Running Club. Go to the Board Index, then scroll down past the park threads to the bottom of the list. You'll find LOTS of good information there. And FWIW, WWDRH is a great advice-giver when it comes to running. He's said once er... twice uh three times that he'll never do a marathon again but I think he's hooked. :)

I suppose if ya have to be hooked on something, running is a good thing.

+1 Belle Vue is one of the most underrated spots at WDW.
