I auditioned for the cast choir last night so if I make it, can't wait to sing with an amazing line-up!! Otherwise I will be attending the shows after work.

I find out August 14!!! It was all of a 30 second audition (literally), it will be a wonder if they can pick people after hearing so little of them.

Wow ~ that is a short audition. They probably just want to be sure CMs can carry a tune at the very least. If you do make it, do you get assigned to the various shows, or do you sign up for the shows you are available for and then you get assigned to the ones they want you to be in? Or is it a one shot deal?

We can perform in as many shows as we want, however we are limited to two sets of show signups. The first set, we can sign up for eight shows. Typically this opens in mid-November. Then in the first week or so of December, we can sign up for an additional set of shows (usually seven more). Sign ups guarantee you will sing. We can also sing standby, which is where we show up and put in our names to a lottery if people who have a spot reserved don't show for the evening.

Final spot of the Candelight Procession Narrator has been taken by Steven Curtis Chapman. His dates are December 23rd to December 25th.
