Since there have been a TON of developments at the newly dedicated Disney Springs. Let's go ahead and resurrect this thread. If you have any news/opinions on the new stores or restaurants, please post them here. Yesterday the revamped Planet Hollywood Observatory opened. Here are a few pics of the food (all photos are from Tom Corless and WDWNT.com):
Exterior:
Championship Pulled Pork Sandwich:
The Original RInger:
Bacon Mac&Cheese Burger:
LA Lasagna:
Several Drink Options:
The place is based on Guy Fieri's creations:
This is probably all I will ever post on Planet Hollywood, as it looks like nothing but over-priced burgers and same old Hard Rock/Planet Hollywood design. If you go, please post a review for everyone.

Nothing says classy like Guy Fieri...
It is like they found a way to make that space Florida squared.

I read the disney food blog post pre-opening and the menu looked a lot like the old Planet Hollywood ~ nothing that entices me to want to go there, especially since I don't eat burgers. And that Donkey Sauce just sounds bad. Blech.

Well, at least Donkey sauce is a good name for it.

Looks interesting! However, after going to Chef Art Smiths Homecoming in Disney Springs I don't think I can go anywhere else! We really loved Homecoming, and where it's at in Disney Springs is so beautiful. I highly recommend giving it a try... Don't miss the Fried Chicken for dinner and the Hummingbird Cake for dessert!

cousin - I will setup a thread for Homecoming if you want to give a synopsis (with pics if you have them).
