We stayed at Bay Lake Tower last year and I've been trying to find out what scent they use in the lobby area. There were a couple of answers from reddit, but they didn't really smell the same. Anyone on here have any idea?

Sony smell? Do tell...
Or maybe not...
I've been sitting here for the longest time trying to imagine what the BLT lobby smell is, and I can't for the life of me. Maybe it's the cleaning products being used when you were there but not when I was?
And don't say bacon, lettuce and tomato, you guys.

How about Onions?
I was actually wondering the same thing. I might just ask the next time I'm there.

From your thread I couldn't tell whether it is a pleasant smell or not

. I haven't been there yet so I wouldn't be much help

I haven't been there either, but from a little google research, it sounds like some really enjoy the lobby smell and others think it smells really bad

In Sony Life (or whatever their retail locations are called) there is a trademarked scent that each store has, it's a weird vanilla scent. Apparently some major companies do it for their stores, which is weird.

Victoria's Secret and Hollister do that here. I'm really scent-sensitive, so I tend to avoid places that have a scented shopping experience.
Unless it's chocolate. Then I'm in.

one of the smells that I distinctly remember was located in the queue for "Food Rocks" at the Land Pavilion back in the day. It was inside some interactive thing that guests could look around in and learn facts about food and stuff. But I distinctly remember it smelling like artificial chocolate....like...a plasticy chocolate smell if you can imagine that.

I remember those! They had little boxes that you could open a few inches and there were little holes and a fan blowing out the different smells. Some smelled good and some were horrible

It was definitely a good scent. Very clean smelling and not overpowering.

I fell in love with the scent in the Grand Floridian. It was like brown sugar and vanilla and honey.
I detested the scent in the Contemporary. It was very antiseptic and aggressive.
Now I want to take a walk through the BLT to find out how it smells.
