2013 WDW Marathon

I finally have put the finishing touches on my TR. I reckon I should put it on the TR section.
I need to upload my pictures and insert them properly and I will post.
It was great fun re-living that event.
There will be some exciting dirt on NaCler (you thought he was squeaky clean didn't you?) and plenty of me grumbling about signing up to run a full marathon.

When talked me into that anyway? Not the same guy who is trying to talk me into Dopey is it? Couldn't be...

Soon enough...Hey, at least it will be sooner than some of you do your TRs (you know who you are!)

Whomever could you be talking about in regards to unfinished trip reports?!
Looking forward to hearing what all happened during your trip. And definitely some dirt on NaCler. Count me among the "thinking he is squeaky clean" group

No Dopey here. I'm hoping to do the 10k and Half. That's challenging enough for me! WWDRH is going to do the Dopey... He just doesn't know it yet.

There is no way that I could sign up for it and her not do it. It would drive her crazy!
And likewise. If one does it we both will, I'm sure. We'll see.
We had a long talk last night and I think I may go with NaCler's plan. 10k: because its new (new bling!) and the Half: because that's become our specialty.

Sad thing is, it is the same distance as the Dumbo Double Dare in DL, but no extra medal in WDW.

The DDD sold out in about 20 minutes I believe. So, no chance of that. I am planning on doing the coast to coast in 2015 to get that medal.

Come on guys and gals...Do I have to be the first to officially anounce that I am crazy enough to sign up for the Dopey? I have a reminder set in my computer for noon tomorrow (April 9) to remind me to jump in and register. I figure that once I sign up I am obligated, so why why put it off? I leave you with the words of wisdom that my wife says to me everytime I mention signing up for the Dopey..."you're so stupid!"

If I were ever in good enough shape to do the Goofy...I am not sure I could do the Dopey...because waking up well before the crack of dawn on Friday when I have to do the same on Saturday and Sunday to run 42.4 miles over the weekend...yeesh.

Maybe if the 5k was on a Thursday...so you could sleep in Friday...
