Ok, so I guess I'm a dork. I just watched this and did it at my desk, and it works!
Wow how neat! But seriously I just had to do it three times because it is so cool!!!

DW is a teacher...so she has confiscated a drawer full of these rubber bands. I'll have to try it out as well once she gets back to her classroom this coming week.
