Jungle cruise -- have a boat to get off of the island but no track to guide it..... Actually Space Mountain Paris when the ride was new and very smooth.

It's been mentioned before, but I would go with Pirates of the Caribbean. That way I would have my own fortress to live in, boats to sail around in, and cannons to stave off invaders!
