Not sure if this has been mentioned yet, but there is a new Test Track vehicle. Pictures by Shawn Howard, a Twitter user who was able to snap a couple photos, can be found at my site,
http://interactiveWDW.com. Story is on the front page.
They look really cool, and apparently, a sponsorship is in the works! Feel free to comment! Thanks to Shawn Howard for breaking the news and taking the pics!

They did look pretty nice. Looks like a Chevy badge on the front of the car...

If they get new vehicles, maybe the ride will quit breaking down so much.

Looks good!

Looks better in person. Still haven't ridden it yet to see if it is a smoother ride than the rest.

I would assume it is. I guess it has a new monitor system in it too with a clearer picture and all the new bells and whistles.

Hmm might have to try catching that tomorrow. Hopefully it'll be running and they will let you wait for it.

Aren't a lot of the breakdowns due to things like weather?
Is it just me or do the cars look more like mini vans?

The attraction always has to go down when there is inclement weather. That has nothing to do with the breakdowns.

If there is a new sponser, they would also ahve to change the pre-show right? I mean you wouldnt wantyour rivals cars being shown on your ride!!! lol..I thought I read somewhere that GMC was just re-newing though.

Well, General Motors owns the Chevy brand so it is all in the family...

Chevy's have also been featured before in the showroom of low quality american cars (isn't that redundant?)

Not running today

I still rode the attraction and found out that it is a test car and doesn't run that frequently.

I wonder if the cars they are going to use for the DCA version have the same size/needs as the Epcot ones? If so then they may also use it to test our new cars on it as well.
