Does anyone else get creeped out from the Magic Journey's music, or is it just me? For some reason, it just sounds very weird and creepy to me! Please tell me I am not alone!

It doesn't bother me. I suppose it is because I have known the music for so long though...Think of it as 70's or 80's Disney music ~ that should help!

Nope, I've never thought much of that music one way or the other...

Me neither...I really like the Magic Journeys music. But the movie is pretty weird...kinda like it was made by a couple of guys in the 70's, who were still lingering in the 60's psychedelic stage, but with a few additives in their systems....

I was trying to think of where this song came from and thought I remembered it was from the Imagination Pavilion. I found out it was only there from the opening in 1982 to 1986 (also in DL from 1984-1986) before it was moved out for Captain EO. After I little checking, I found a video if you are interested in seeing the movie. Maybe that will help with the creepiness factor...or make it worse It just seems like a weird pyschedelic trip more fitting for the 60's or 70's than the 80's when it premiered

That show, and the music always creeped me out too! My dad loved it, but I (3 years old the first time I saw it) thought it was creepy as I grew up watching it at EPCOT and MK. I can't explain why, it just always did! I still listen to it. I enjoy the memories. But it is creepy. Still.

I wouldn't say it creeps me out, but I get tired of it easily and change streams if I've heard it too much "recently" (though I'm not sure what my limit is).

That is one weird movie. It's like a crazy dream...

The thing that creeps me out is when someone plays all 3 narrators of Spaceship Earth Back to Back to Back.

I remember this as a child and I remember I did not like it! I still hate the music too!

You're not alone. I hate the Magic Journey's song----of course I never actually saw the attraction either. The music sounds so depressing. I would far rather listen to the music from Captain EO.

Yes! I was going to edit my post to say I find the music depressing. It bums me out! I think I would rather listen to the Ellen's Universe of Energy loop!

I don't find the sound depressing, but then again I remember the original film as well. I was a 3D film meant to be a dream, so the music was meant to be more "dreamy" than depressing...
