For those of you that travel to WDW frequently, you may find that sitting and enjoying people-watching is a great pastime. What are your favorite locations to sit enjoy the weather, atmosphere, and the other guests?

Mine are:

- Wilderness Lodge Lobby
- Grand Floridian Lobby
- In front of the Japan Pavillion
- On a bench on Sunset Boulevard in DHS

There are so many, it is hard to pinpoint favorites.

After my last trip, my new fav. spot in MK is on top of the Main Street Train Station the hour before the 3pm parade through the end of the parade!

I like the balcony of our room overlooking the Boardwalk. We always get lucky. We reserve a standard view studio and when we get there (usually b/c it's a slow time of the year) they ask if we want a Boardwalk view, no charge!

Any resort lobby is great. I like to sit there and watch dynamics at the check in/out windows. The people excited that they are just getting there and thinking of the week to come. And those that are leaving. The long faces of the kids (usually b/c they are exhausted) and sometimes the relief of the adults to be heading home.

Main Street
Test Track
World Showcase
Tower of Terror
Expedition Everest

There's more but those are the top 5 for now.

We always seem to busy to people watch at the parks, so my favorite spots to relax and watch the time go by would be the lobby in the Poly, the lobby in the Wilderness, and the lobby on the Grand Floridian. Close my eyes, I'm there right now...

Hmm. I don't usually pick places just to watch people. But a nice play to eat and observe is the outside eating area of the Tangerine Cafe.

Actually, any balcony is good, whichever resort. I also like people-watching in resort lobbies. People aren't park oriented at the resorts, and you can get some interesting glimpses into people's lives.

Main Street at Casey's Corner. Great time when waiting for the parade and the fireworks. :D No matter how bad i look by the end of the day, there is ALWAYS someone walking by who looks the worse for wear than i do!

I'm not as familiar with WDW as I am with DL, but there is a spot on Main Street that I believe exists in both areas. We love to people watch on the "front porch"...where the swing and chairs are. It's usually already taken, but if we get lucky enough it's a great place to watch the world go by.

I remember the last time we went to WDW, we enjoyed sitting in various areas in World Showcase to people watch.

Bummer...in DL it was the store front for the Wizard of Bras. I thought they had the same store front in WDW (but not the store)...perhaps not. Anyway, it's a nice place to sit and relax.

There is a little nook up a side street on Main street that has a porch with rocking chairs is that what you are thinking of MmeLeota.
