That bench hasn't been there for some years before the expansion of the store started.

When I was younger the LEGO store was my favorite thing about going to Disney World. I would spend hours figuring out how I would spend my money I saved up for the whole year, do I want one really big nice set or a whole bunch of smaller sets? Fortunately my mom is the most patent person on earth and let me take all the time needed to make a decision.

From the original trilogy or the prequels?

From the prequels. I'm only 21 so the originals were way before my time.

That LEGO creation is one of the most horrifying thing I have ever seen.

Reminds me of something out of Max Headroom.

They should come up with a software program that can scan in 3D images (say, of yourself) and convert it to Lego, with detailed instructions and number of pieces. You'd have to have yellow skin of course, like all lego people.

I have a picture from my honeymoon of that bench, I'm sorry to hear it's gone.

Man I was geeking out when I saw that. That looks so darn cool! I hate that I won't get to see the store until next Feb. But I will make sure that I get to spend some time at the newly refurbed store.

I have gotten some good deals on bulk legos on Ebay. I know there are programs to design things? maybe a program can tell you what you need and then you can look on ebay. When you find out, tell me. I wanna make one haha

I dunno if she lives up north, but in those northern states, I am guessing there isn't much to do there in the cold winter months. :) Maybe building a lego her would be a good way to kill the time.
