Most Attractions in a Day...?
I don't know if people keep track of this, but what is the most attractions you've completed in a day? I know that one of the podcasts talked about the record for this but I can't remember which one or what the exact number was. I think it was close to 30 attractions. I would say it's either most unique attractions or most attractions with repeats (if you ride stuff more than once in a day). I don't know what the most I've done is, but I'm headed down the the World in a few weeks and I'm going to keep track. Some people may not be quite as crazy as I am, but just thought I'd ask.

I know I'm not even close to a record. We get in a park and more enjoy the ambiance (With some Ambiance sometimes) and all of the surroundings. I know once at WDW I try to take it all in and slow down some. I know that doesn't work all of the time but I do find it something to shoot for!

Re: Most Attractions in a Day...?
Interesting question ~ I certainly wouldn't have set any records this past trip, but I have probably done pretty well in the past. I would guess I am nowhere near a record amount though since we usually don't go during the busy season when the parks would be open longer hours.
I'm interested in hearing how you do in a few weeks though

I think I've WDW MK once, but that was far back in time in 1982 shortly after EPCOT opened and MK was a ghost-town. I've done in one night at DLR one time, when the rains chased away the crowds. That time at DLR it was so deserted that the CM's would let you stay on if you wanted because there was no one in line to get on the ride. I think I did Soarin' Over California 5-6 times in a row in less than an hour (never would be able to do that at EPCOT!).

Wow! I wouldn't have thought you could ride Soarin' that much in Cali eithermindflipper wrote:I think I've WDW MK once, but that was far back in time in 1982 shortly after EPCOT opened and MK was a ghost-town. If I remember correctly, there actually was an individual who was able to ride everything in a single day. That being said I think there were only 2 parks at the time and they were a VIP so no lines.

Somewhere near the 50 - 60 range. It was a slow day...

Re: Most Attractions in a Day...?
At DLR Soarin still gets a line during the busy times but if you go on a normal weekday in winter (my favorite time) the wait is finally almost non-existant since Toy Story Mania is the crowd puller now.
I am still weirded out when I see a line for tower of terror.

We just did 3 times on Soarin without getting off this last trip it was almost completely empty.mindflipper wrote:I think I've WDW MK once, but that was far back in time in 1982 shortly after EPCOT opened and MK was a ghost-town. That would be awesome to be a celebrity or some other VIP and get to skip all the linesWizzard419 wrote:If I remember correctly, there actually was an individual who was able to ride everything in a single day. Re: Most Attractions in a Day...?
Without telling my husband about this thread, I asked him (since he's much better at estimating things like that than me!) how many attractions he thinks we do in a day at Disney. He said on a lot of days he thinks we go well over 30. I love this thread topic - I'm going to try counting next time!
Though I do think in a well planned day (especially if you can use magic hours to your advantage), you could probably hit all the thrill rides in one day. I'd love to try that one day.
Yeah, I don't think even a celebrity skipping all of the lines would realistically be able to do everything in one day with 4 parks.Wizzard419 wrote:If I remember correctly, there actually was an individual who was able to ride everything in a single day. Can't wait to take my twin boys on their first trip to Walt Disney World! Planning on heading there sometime Feb-May 2014!

Re: Most Attractions in a Day...?
well, i have 2 stories...1. One of the guides I had for a tour a few months ago, told me that he gave an all day private tour to some guy and his family for over 12 hours going to all 4 parks. They were back doored into everything and managed to to do just about EVERY attraction. They skipped TSI at MK, and that may have been about it. He did this the week before Thanksgiving this past year, and the family spent over $20,000...Personally. I one spent an entire day park hoping when I was a CM on a very slow day and did almost. I started at 9am, and ended the day at MK for a Ride-a-thon for the Arnold Palmer house..think that that's what it was called. It was only in Fantasyland, but at one point I rode Peter Pan 10 times in a row without getting off!!! We had to ride the rides the equivalent of a marathon. I have no idea how many I rode, and what my total was. But I would honestly say, that day and night I rode at least 75 times. The event at night went to 1am, and it was really un crowded.
"hold on to them hats and glasses, cause this here's the wildest ride in the wilderness!!"

Re: Most Attractions in a Day...?
OK, so maybe I was a bit under on the 30 attractions thing. Thinking about it a little closer, that would be like not even doing all of MK in a day...
