There is some good advice there, although I am sure Disney will take issue with #2 - don't pay for parking. Using the Downtown Disney lot or the Boardwalk overflow for theme park guests is not what they were designed for and all we need are hundreds of abusers forcing Disney to crack down on enforcement. For example, I would not want to have the privilege of driving into any resort taken away from me.

People do it all the time. Most people still just pay for parking. You used to able to park in hotel parking lots. You still can in some. Try the resorts with convention centers.

I know they do. My point is it is typically not advertised as a recommended trick.

I've never really used a "guide" to get me around the parks and the "World" ... I just have compiled my own knowledge ver the years and seem to be having a blast. Are there really things in the guide that one could use?

Absolutely ... not advertised nor recommended ... it would stink if people started doing this.

I occasionally find bits of interesting trivia or facts in the guide books sometimes, but mostly I read them to revisit Disney between trips
